During dental cleanings, our team removes the excess plaque and tartar surrounding your gum line that has caused gingivitis so that it does not get the chance to develop into gum disease. If left untreated, plaque and tartar can eat away at your healthy soft tissues, causing even more inflammation, and ultimately requiring periodontal disease treatment.

Our office offers custom mouthguards to treat bruxism. These mouthguards hold your jaw in a healthy resting position as you sleep and prevent you from grinding your teeth together.
